TEAMability

As the only nonprofit of its kind in South Central Texas, TEAMability is dedicated to offering individualized therapy and specialized services for children with multiple and severe disabilities, all at no cost to families.

In partnership with the TEAMability leadership, the Cielo Strategy Group team developed a comprehensive fundraising plan to ensure financial growth and long-term sustainability. We provided communications and messaging strategies to support the organization’s vision, and we coached and guided individual staff members with fundraising, communications, operational, and Board governance and engagement strategies.

Our work with TEAMability included positioning them to hire their first Vice President of Philanthropy in support of their long-term expansion and fundraising goals. We were by their side throughout the hiring and on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition between our work and their new full time development staff member. We also provided individual and regular coaching on social media content, calendaring and strategies, and marketing and messaging support for their events and campaigns.

Soon after our partnership ended, TEAMability was invited to join and become a partner with the Multi-Assistance Center (The MAC) at Morgan’s Wonderland – a huge step in their growth and vision! The MAC is a destination for individuals with special needs providing health, living, and other resources all in one facility.
